Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Terms
- Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of fees.
Non-WSET Courses
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus the cost of any issued study materials.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date: No refund.
- No refunds once the course begins or if the student does not attend.
WSET Courses
- 48-Hour Window: Students may cancel enrollment within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the enrollment deadline hasn’t passed.
- After 48 hours or after the enrollment deadline: Non-refundable.
- Course Transfers: Permitted once within 6 months, subject to availability and only if exam registration hasn’t occurred.
Materials & E-Book Access
- Once study materials or e-books are issued, their cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Online course access granted = no refund.
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable. If return shipping is needed, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exam Refund & Rescheduling
- Exam Registration Deadline: Exams must be registered at least 21 business days before the exam.
- Missed Exams: Exam fees are forfeited if a student fails to appear.
- Rescheduling Requests:
- Must be made at least 16 business days before the exam to avoid charges.
- Within 16 business days: ₹3,000 + GST administrative fee + exam board re-registration charges.
- Remote Invigilation Exams:
- Failure to meet technical/system requirements or complete the mandatory system check results in no refund or rescheduling.
- Students must report technical issues 7 days before the exam.
Corporate Events & Affiliate Programs
- Corporate Workshops: Full refund if canceled 14 days before the event date. No refund within 14 days.
- Affiliate Programs: Refunds and transfers depend on the partner’s terms. Subject to their approval and availability.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen disruptions, students may opt to:
- Transfer enrollment to a future session, or
- Request a full refund.
Students will be notified at least 14 days in advance if a course is postponed or canceled due to such events.
Processing Time
- Requests must be submitted via email to learn@sonalholland.com.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Review and confirmation will be shared within 5 business days of request receipt.
