Student Policies
Enrollment & Course Access
- Enrollment is only confirmed after full fee payment.
- Students must submit accurate registration details; errors due to incorrect data are not the Academy’s responsibility.
- Course access and joining information will be sent via email prior to the course start date.
- Late enrollments, if approved, may attract additional charges.
Deferrals & Transfers
- Deferral is only considered in emergency cases and must be requested before the enrollment deadline.
- Deferral requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Approved deferrals are subject to a deferral fee.
- WSET course transfers are allowed once within 6 months, subject to availability and provided exams haven’t been ordered.
Examination Policies
- Valid government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License) is mandatory on exam day.
- Late arrivals may be denied entry.
- Any form of misconduct or malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification at the discretion of the educator or exam officer.
- Students have up to one year from enrollment to complete their WSET exam.
- Results are issued according to WSET guidelines, typically within 6–10 weeks.
- Students missing an exam will forfeit the fee and need to rebook at additional cost.
Remote Exams
- Students must complete a mandatory system check prior to their exam.
- Failure to meet technical standards or perform the system check will lead to forfeiture of the exam fee.
- Technical issues must be reported at least 7 days before the exam.
- The Academy is not responsible for internet/connectivity issues during remote exams.
Attendance & Participation
- Attendance is mandatory for certification.
- Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions.
- Active class and tasting participation is encouraged for best learning outcomes.
- Students are advised to review course materials independently if a session is missed.
Certification & Delivery
- E-Certificates and e-badges are issued upon successful course and exam completion.
- Course books, pins, and certificates are dispatched by third-party courier.
- Tracking and receipt is the student’s responsibility.
- Reshipping for failed deliveries will be charged to the student.
- Delivery address provided at registration is final.
- International deliveries: Students must bear additional shipping charges.
- WSET Level 2 & 3 students receive E-books. Physical books are available upon request at an additional fee.
- Book delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, delays may occur on public holidays.
Student Conduct & Code of Ethics
- Respectful, professional behavior is expected at all times.
- Disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior may lead to dismissal without refund.
- Alcohol may only be consumed during authorized tastings under supervision.
Health & Safety
- Students attending in-person classes must adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Students feeling unwell should inform the Academy and avoid attending.

- Feedback is welcome and helps us improve.
- Refund-related feedback is appreciated and considered in future program enhancements.
